The Nevers - Season 1
"Repeater" - Arm Mounted Gatling Gun
When I was given the concept art for Winemar Kroos's "Repeater" I instantly thought "COOL!" Who wouldn’t want to build an arm mounted Gatling Gun?
Designed by myself using slim section bearings and a hollow gear drive, the body was 3D printed then metal plated to provide strength and finish. The gun is completely self contained and operated by the Actor by means of a switch in the handgrip. Acceleration and deceleration is provided by microprocessor and the details are actuated mechanically from the main rotation.

A small, fiddly self contained prop that extends on rotation of the central dial. The design was later changed to a switch to be more visual in camera

Amalia Carbine
Provided with a 3D scan of an Airsoft MP5, I converted 2D concept art into a full set of 3D files that were printed and built around a blank firing gun to convert it into a Amalia's future Carbine. The Muzzel was machined from Aluminium to prevent it melting with the heat of the live rounds.
